Procedure Detail

• Using 7F EBU 3.5 guiding catheter, LM ostium was engaged and Run-Through wire was advanced in distal LCX.
• Lesion was pre-dilated with 2.0X15 mm Balloon at 14 atm.
• A 3.0X08 mm Eternia stent was taken.
• Another wire was advanced through 1st strut of stent & anchoring technique done & advanced in distal LAD.
• Finally stent deployed at 14-16 atm, in Ostial LCX Lesion.
• LAD Lesion was pre-dilated with 2.0X15 mm Balloon at 14 atm.
• A 2.75X20 mm Eternia stent was deployed at 14-16 atm.
• In Proximal to Mid LAD Lesion 3.5X28 mm Eternia stent was deployed crushing the overhanging struts of LCX stent.
• 1 M POT was done with 4.5x08 mm balloon at 14-16 atm.
• LCX wire was re-crossed and Ostial LCX was pre-dilated with 2.0X15 mm Balloon.
