- Single vessel disease with branch vessel disease. Recommendation: Primary PCI to OM2 (DEB) and Distal LAD
Procedure
- Successful primary PCI to OM2 was performed using CLEAR PAC 2.5x24mm DEB, and POBA was done to the distal LAD on 10/27/2025.
- No post-procedure complications were noted.
- She was monitored in the ICU; gradually mobilized, and then shifted to the ward.
- She improved symptomatically.
Result
Successful PCI to OM2 with CLEAR PAC 2.5 × 24 mm DEB and POBA to distal LAD achieved optimal results with no residual stenosis or complications. The patient remained stable, improved symptomatically.
