Native Left Main and right coronary artery (RCA) occlusion
Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) + percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) + Stenting to saphenous vein graft (SVG) to Obtuse Marginals - 1, Drug-Eluting Balloon (DEB) to Obtuse Marginals - 2 was done in the same sitting with a good result. The procedures were uncomplicated and well-tolerated. The patient responded well to treatment and was discharged in stable condition with advice.
Successful IVUS-guided PTCA with stenting to SVG–OM1 and DEB to OM2 achieved excellent results with no complications. The patient remained stable, responded well, and is being discharged in good condition.
