Angiography Profile

Lesion 1→ Left Main – Distal 90% stenosis.

PROCEDURE:

IVUS + DEB to Left Main to LAD was hooked with a CLS 3.0 7F guiding catheter. Left Main to LAD lesion was crossed with BMW - 0.014" × 190 cm guide wire and predilated with 2.25 × 15 balloon at 10 atm, 3.0 × 15 mm cutting balloon at 16 atm, and 4.0 × 15 mm balloon at 10 atm. IVUS done shows a significant lesion in the Left Main to LAD. DEB to Left Main done with Clear Pac Paclitaxel 3.5 × 36 mm drug-eluting balloon at 16 atm. DEB to LAD done with Clear Pac, 3.0 × 32 mm drug-eluting balloon at 16 atm. The result was good. The patient responded well to the given treatment.

Result

Successful IVUS-guided angioplasty to the Left Main and LAD using Clear Pac, DEBs achieved excellent results with no residual stenosis or complications. The patient remained stable and is being discharged in good condition.
